We regulate your nervous system, clear what's been blocking you, and uncover the patterns keeping you stuck, so you can move forward feeling more grounded, more confident, and more like yourself again.
New To EFT?
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is an evidence-based practice that involves tapping on specific acupressure points on your face and body while talking through what's going on emotionally.
It works directly with your nervous system to release stored stress, trauma, and emotional blocks that talk therapy alone can't always reach. Think of it as therapy that gets out of your head and into your body. No prior experience necessary!

One-off session
(60 minutes)
Perfect if you want focused support around a specific block or theme.
In session, we’ll:
Start with a guided deep dive conversation
Identify the root of what’s underneath the pattern
Move into personalized EFT tapping tailored to you
Regulate your nervous system and release emotional charge
You’ll receive the recording afterward so you can revisit it anytime.

Four pack
(Four 60-minute sessions)
This is my most recommended option.
Why this works:
We’re not just clearing one moment — we’re working through patterns
You have space to implement shifts, then come back and refine
Your nervous system gets repetition and reinforcement
This is where you start to notice real consistency: clearer decisions, steadier emotions, stronger self-trust.
While you can use the sessions anytime, I typically suggest meeting every other week so we can build momentum and allow integration between sessions.

Three-month experience
(12 sessions over 3 months)
This isn’t just a pack of sessions. It’s sustained support.
We meet weekly, alternating between:
A full EFT tapping session
An integration/coaching session
On integration weeks, we might:
Process what’s coming up in real time
Dive deeper into your Human Design
Use sound or somatic tools
Strategize aligned next steps
Or simply hold space while you stabilize a new pattern
You’ll also have Telegram access to me between sessions for questions or support.
